Le Fort La Latte

A magnificent feudal castle, a pink sandstone watchtower at the entrance to the Baie de la Fresnaye near our campsite by the sea in Côtes-d’Armor: towers, walls, drawbridge and medieval garden transport you to another time. From the top of the keep, you’ll have a breathtaking view of the Emerald Coast from Cap Fréhel to Saint-Malo!

Fort La Latte, also known as Château de La Roche Goyon, is a masterpiece of medieval architecture, built on a rocky spur overlooking the sea. Its rich history and breathtaking scenery make it a site not to be missed, where every stone tells of the grandeur and rugged beauty of Brittany. This historic site, with its vaulted rooms and covered walkway, plunges you into the heart of chivalric epics, while offering an exceptional panorama of the sea horizon. Stay in one of our mobile-home rentals, where the blue of the sea blends with the green of the surrounding moors.
