La Baie de la Fresnaye

A remarkable natural area 6 km long from Port à la Duc to Fort la Latte and 2 km wide, which empties completely at low tide! What emerges is an immense sandy expanse shared by oyster and mussel farmers, anglers and a multitude of migratory birds. If you follow the GR34 along the coast, you’ll discover a small port, a beach on the edge of a forest, a lush green valley… an unspoilt natural environment.
