The Moulin de la mer valley

Starting from a pretty, typical village, the trail takes you through a green valley to the ruins of an old mill, a waterfall, salt meadows to the Roche Noire tide mill (private) and the Baie de la Fresnaye. The GR34 climbs to the heights of Pointe Saint-Efficace, offering magnificent views over the bay and Fort La Latte.
